MT Cole & Son Ltd is a family run building company based in Swanmore, Hampshire which was first established in 1971.

The company now boasts a large client base and we have many happy customers throughout the South of England.

Our services range from small building works to complete renovation of grade 2 listed and period properties.

Who Are We?

MT Cole & Son Ltd is a family run building company based in Swanmore, Hampshire which was first established in 1971 by Mike Cole, (Rob's father). Mike has since retired and Rob, who has been part of the business for 25 years now runs the company.

Rob started in the building trade as a carpenter and specialized in pitching intricate roofs. He now concentrates on project management. Rob has an accomplished team of employees and subcontractors who cover all aspects of the industry.
